You also have the option of follow up support which will allow me to guide you through the plan and make any tweaks and answer any questions along the way.

Confidence Call
-
If your baby or child (aged 0-7 years) usually sleeps well and appears to be going through a phase you need help with, such as early wakes or bedtime refusal, or you need assurance your plan to drop a nap or introduce a routine is along the right lines then the Confidence Call is for you.
We can talk through your current problem or plan and I can ensure you are going in the right direction or make any helpful suggestions to get you there.
-
When you book a Confidence Call you will be asked a few questions about what you need help with. This will allow me to come prepared!
We will have 30 minutes to discuss whatever it is you need, you can ask as many sleep questions as you want.
I will then send you a Basic Sleep Plan summarising everything we discussed, my recommendations and how to implement them.
My Approach
My approach is to work with parents to educate them on what is happening with their baby or child’s sleep and use that knowledge to build a bespoke solution for your child’s individual needs. No two children are the same, a generic routine is not going to be right for them.
When working 1:1 I will send you a detailed questionnaire which will provide me with a holistic view of your baby’s sleep challenge along with: feeding, diet, developmental milestones, routine, sleep environment and parenting style.
All of this impacts overall sleep and having a full view allows me to provide the best advice for your child.
We will then have a Virtual Consultation to discuss my recommendations, answer all of your questions and build your Bespoke Sleep Plan.
Your Plan will include
Summary of the challenges and your goals.
Step by step plan for how to reach your sleep goals.
Troubleshooting and FAQ.
Additional literature relating to any sleep strategies we use.
Forward look at what’s coming up next for your child’s sleep e.g. moving from three naps to two, the signs of readiness and how to do it.
Extra Recommended Resources you can trust.
Follow Up Support
You also have the option of adding on follow up support to guide you through implementing your plan and making any tweaks along the way.
Essentially, you get me in your pocket for three weeks.
The follow up support is optional and you can always add it on later.
What families I have worked with have to say…
Working with Leah has been amazing. My 18 month old would refuse to go to sleep at night. It would sometimes take over 5 hours to get him to settle. He also co slept. Within the first day of Leah’s help we managed to get him to sleep within 15 minutes! Me and my husband now are able to have our evenings back and we are all a lot more rested. I'm also now able to get my baby to fall asleep in his toddler bed. I definitely recommend The Sleep Snug to anyone. Leah has been an amazing support even when me and my family were ill one week. I'm excited to continue with Leah’s instructions to ensure my baby continues to stay well rested. Thank you!
— Millie, Mum to Theo 18 Months
“The results have been great, my daughter is sleeping through the night. It was so helpful to talk to Leah about the specific issues I was having and get feedback on an actionable plan that would work for me and my daughter.
— Caitlin, Mum to Mary-Jane
“My baby would spend less than an hour in his cot at night at the start of the process. Now he falls asleep in the cot at the start of the night and for his morning nap. He sleeps for long stretches and our nights are so much better now.”
— Rachel, mum to Harry aged 4 months

FAQs
What is the difference between what you do and sleep training?
The term “sleep training” most commonly refers to the more traditional methods such as cry it out or the extinction method. I don’t use either of these. I look at the full picture of your child’s sleep including: age, routine, environment, developmental milestones, feeding, diet, parenting style and use evidence-based sleep strategies to build a plan that is bespoke to your child. Read more about this on my blog.
What if I don’t need three weeks of follow up support?
That’s absolutely fine. You don’t have to book in follow up support at the beginning. You can add it on later, on a weekly basis, if you feel you could do with some additional support. If you do book three weeks of support up front, and we don’t need it all, I will bank them for you and you can come back later on, at any time, if you need support in the future.
What if it doesn’t work?
I don’t offer guarantees and you should be wary of anyone who does. Sleep is a biological function and the service I offer looks to improve sleep by implementing healthy foundations and habits and working to change things which aren’t working for you anymore. However, if you are unhappy with the service we can discuss this at the time and change the plan where necessary.
My partner doesn’t think we need help with sleep but I’m the one up with the baby - what do I do?
This is a really common scenario. Often, but not always, it is the mum who comes to me looking for support but her partner doesn’t think it will be worth the money. In this case, it is usually the mum dealing with the night wakings and stressing about routines and nap schedules whilst their partner is at work.
What I say to mums in that instance is to frame it to your partner in the following way: being a mum is my job and I need help with it. If you need help with something at work you would seek help from someone who can do that too. The money is not only an investment in improving your child’s sleep but also the sleep and overall wellbeing of the whole family.
Can I pay in instalments?
I do offer this on a case by case basis. If you would like to spread your payments over three months, please get in touch and we can discuss. I’d love to help where I can.
Do you offer gift cards?
If you would like to gift one of my packages (The Starter Kit is popular with parents to be!) then get in touch and I can arrange that for you.
