The Sleep Snug is a completely evidenced based consultancy. This was really important to me when I first started as a sleep consultant. I wanted parents to be confident they were receiving support which is current and backed in science as, unfortunately, this remains an unregulated industry. This means a lot of the advice online and on social media is incorrect or out of date. I work hard to ensure that all of the advice and methods used are up to date recommendations. The Sleep Guides are packed full of sleep science, settling methods, nutrition and child behavioural advice which are all products of continued research and learning. The Sleep Library is also an example of this as any new advice or tips will be regularly added.

The list of books and websites below have informed the The Sleep Snug resources, alongside my professional training.

Please note the book links may be affiliate links. I only provide affiliate links to books I personally recommend. I may receive a small commission if you purchase a book from this list - at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links help to support the free resources in the Sleep Library.
