There is SO much outdated, incorrect and, frankly, scary information out there when it comes to baby sleep.

My approach is to provide you with evidence based, current and holistic sleep support which focuses on gentle and attachment focused methods. No sleep training. Isn’t that refreshing?

Bespoke Packages

My bespoke packages range from a 30 Minute Confidence Call to the Ultimate Sleep Package which includes a Bespoke Sleep Plan and three weeks of follow up support.

If you’re pregnant for the first time (or even if it’s not your first but last time was hard) then I also have a package for you.

My Starter Kit will help you prepare for your baby’s arrival and set them up to be a great sleeper.

Sleep Guides

My range of Sleep Guides are perfect if you prefer a self-led approach. They cover everything from sleep science to routines, troubleshooting common sleep challenges and lots of gentle settling methods. Available in different age groups and in a range of bundles.

Leah Barratt Sleep Consultant

Hi, I’m Leah, founder of The Sleep Snug and certified Infant Sleep Consultant. I’m also mum to a two year old so I know exactly why you are here (probably at 3am after googling “will my baby ever sleep?”). Infant sleep is a rollercoaster, the newborn phase in particular, and sleep deprivation is tough! As parents we’re expected to be able to do it all but how can we when we don’t get enough sleep?

If you are ready to work on your little one’s sleep I’m here to guide you through it. Ready to get your evenings back but your baby won’t go in the cot?
